Excellent as always, that's why we always come back to same hotel. Cleaning service every day which is very good and rare in Orlando, no carpets at the room, good breakfast, tickets on sell at the lobby, free parking, a plaza just in front of the hotel.

Great hotel. Check in experience was top notch. Great rooms and a perfect location for Disney. Would stay here many more times. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay nice. The complimentary breakfast was besster than most.

Great option next to Disney Spring, room was very clean, bed very comfortable and the service very friendly. Breakfast could be until 10am, because the space is too small for so many guests. Besides this, I really recommend this hotel.....

Positives: location is great close to parks and has many restaurants nearby. Free parking.Breakfast is fine and coffee is available during the day. Shuttle is available between the hotel and the parks. Service is great. I used the Marriott chat option and always my request is answered in very short time. Negative is very old hotel and carpet in the room smells bad.

Great stay at the Fairfield! Got upgraded to a King Suite which was wonderful! Needed a rollaway bed since we have a large crew, but Fairfield brought it to our room in under 5 minutes of the request. Room was clean and cool. Breakfast was very nice and excellent value! Kids loved the Mickey Waffle maker. Definitely recommend this hotel for any family on a budget.
