My only complaint is the bedding for the sofa bed was not in the room. We called around 8pm when laying kids down for bed and waited an hour before calling again to get bedding. After another 30 minutes pa...ssed we had to walk down and get the bedding ourselves and take it up to the 6th floor. It was very frustrating having littles that needed to be in bed. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurants were decently priced and food was good. They offered family deal meals which I loved and we definitely took advantage of. We will definitely stay again.
