The front desk was extremely helpful as they allowed us to check in at 11am. We joined the rewards program for free and received a free room upgrade. The water park was great for all ages and the location was so close to Disney. We visited Universal and that wasn’t too far either. We will definitely be back.

I really loved the room. We had everything we needed; it was really set up beautifully. The shuttle service was great and on time most days. The buffet breakfast was really good as well! Also I liked that you had different food options; Burger Theory and Hershey's Ice Cream we're just two of the options. You had Mexican, Chinese, and pizza. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Would I stay there again? Yes I would!

A decent hotel. Needs some renovation, but king bed was comfortable and nice having bunks for the kids. Queen foldout is right next to exterior opening door so none of our kids would sleep in it so the third kid either slept with us or the bottom bunk was a full size. Been getting used to hotels that let you stream with your own accounts or have HDMI available to plug in devices. Thermostat only goes down to 70… so sometimes felt warm in room, but there was a ceiling fan in the main bedroom which was unique for a hotel. Shower handle was loose and hard to get right temperature. They never gave us washcloths after the first day, so kept having to call front desk. The absolute worst part though were the elevators. They were shaky, extremely dirty, and reeked of weed. The breakfast package was fine, it was a ways from the room, but kids ate free. It was in an area that looked like a sad 90s mall.

It was a hotel and water park at the same time, really enjoyed the time spent there and they also have a couple of restaurants and mini stores to buy from, the rooms are very cozy, no musty smell the service were also very friendly and nice, best of all my family enjoyed their time there will definitely be coming back.

CATFISHED!!! does not look like what you see in the photos they have on their site. Door is not aligned, there is a gap, the peep hole cover broken on the floor, floor boards are raised and broken, handle on dresser door is missing, rust in the bathroom, mirror chipped, stains on sheets, walls. Part of the water park is closed, Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Construction work going on started around 8-9am next to our room. Crumbs on the couch, ripped up bed sheets. Corporate office and management here was no help. Could not upload photos, kept having errors. Don't waste your money here, spend a bit more and go elsewhere.
