great hotel, clean, smell good, nice staff, good food, bathroom very clean and spacius, just they need improve the pool area, the splash area close and the little pool too. the games areas need to improve... with games put any tent help to cover while play.

There was black mold in the room, under the window. I contacted guest services twice about it, to which they said that management would reach out. Managaement did not reach out. At check out I brought it u...p again, and they took $50 off the total bill. As nice as the lobby is and the pool, these seem to be additions to towers containing the actually rooms seem to be older rooms that they have attempted to Reno with paint, mirro rs, decor etc - I would assume this is where the black mold is contributing- they’ve just attempted to paint over it. I wish I would have taken more pictures, but I actually thought management would follow up. The photo attached is actually minimal to the amount of mold under the window.

Very well-maintained rooms. Attention to detail is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and the balcony enhances the experience. Exceeded our expectations. Only problem I had was with the wifi. I could n...ot use it for my work (VPN). It was okay for other browsing.

Excellent smaller sized pillows that are fluffy and can be shaped. Good water pressure, good toilets. Just that there was not a lot of space in the wardrobe to fit my suitcase . Hyatt could consider inclu...ding another cushion for lumbar support on the couch to support the back. Lifts were awesome- fast and spacious. Checking in and out was a breeze from the app.

We had a guest of honor upgrade and got a king suite in tower 2, 27th floor. The rooms were nice and we we can see seaworld from our side of the room and was able to catch fireworks from our room on one ev...ening as well. Spacious and comfortable! The guest of honor award also gave us free self parking as well as a late checkout at 4 p.m. Alanna at the front desk was delightful and friendly. Fabio and Miguel at the club was also super friendly and interacted with us quite a bit.
