The pool view suites are beautiful and bright. Lots of floor space The property is lovely. The pool area is especially nice. Plenty of parking. No complaints. 10/10 , recommend Melia'.

I was checked in by Mary Jo, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my experience during my check-in and room selection process was pleasurable. She was professional, funny, and very polite. I wish I could encounter more people like Mary Jo when I’m dealing with customer facing situations.

This was a nice place to stay and relax. Very quiet and clean. Good staff and accommodations. Will definitely stay with you guys again

We have stayed in other Melia hotels, needless to say this was the most disappointing and awful experience yesterday when we arrived. This hotel is not worthy of even 3star. The kitchen doesn’t even have a kettle we needed to use a pot to boil water The WC in the foyer entrance was dirty stinky … Everything is old scratched and just awful beyond. Our “garden view” is of a dead field of grass and building rubble. There isn’t even a disk rack or a cloth The shower entire handle came off in my hand No hot water it’s luke warm. What a way to start a family holiday. We booked months ago. And they put all of our 3 rooms spread apart. We specifically asked to be grouped together Nobody to help either cases

It was very clean and the family room suite was very spacious. The staff was very friendly from the moment you check in to checking out.
