The room I had, had a smell right when you walked in, kinda moldy, walls were damaged and they had a big mirror to try and cover it, the safe in the closet would stay closed which caused it to damage the closet door, mini fridge did not get cold until the second day and then it froze everything, the central air did not get the room cold until my second day we lowered the thermostat and the temp in the room still stayed at 76 the resort was beautiful staff was nice maybe I just got a bad room i don’t know

The general group was not impressed some of laid back attitude on some employees, one family had to be comped their dinner cuz it over hour & order was lost. I realize groups can be overwhelming, but we giving Orlando Melina a lot of business!

Everything was above expectations. The manager was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. So was the staff when we checked in at 7:30 pm. The suite was clean and very well stocked with items that would be needed for the stay. Plenty of free parking with ample handicap parking near our room. I highly recommend this hotel for a calm relaxing vacation with many attractions nearby.

Only complaint I have is the pool and bar service was not good. There was only one employee for the pool area wait time was long or never came over to take our order. The bar inside also one employee for happy hour making the wait time to order a drink. Everything else was nice, room very spacious and clean.

My 2nd time experience in Melia with family during my staycation is very nice .This time we chose Lake view that Ms Hnin recommended when we checked in .I like the view , we both enjoyed breakfast .It was short stay but very pleasant, we were enjoy much.I want to thanks all stafss , especially Ma Hnin .
