Don’t rent a cottage unless you bring everything from your home with you including baking sheets and outdoor umbrellas and hand soap! The manager at the front desk told me that we had to supply our own ha...nd soap in the kitchen when we rent a cottage. Never ever have I heard of that. Sheets were dirty pool water was 100 degrees. They tested it. Front desk staff horrible. If you stay in a cottage bring towels too. You get a few beds a couch a kitchen table and that’s it. Not suitable for handicaps for sure either. We have 2 chairs on a balcony to sit outside. Oh did I mention we are a mile away from the from the main pool areas and dinning areas. You need a car. Btw we paid $3,300. For a week. Or should I say ripped off! Zero amenities. Highly recommend you go else where.

Very very disappointed. Shower floor was so slippery my wife and I had to stand on the drain so we wouldn’t fall . Called desk and was told they have no non slip Matt’s . Hopefully I will own the resort an...d fix the problem the next time I take a shower.
