Unsanitary Room Conditions That Were Never Addressed

For the 2nd year in a row, my son's Cheer team chose this hotel for the Worlds Cheer event. Shortly after check-in, my son contacted the front desk as the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and the tile... was coming up. They sent someone up to the room, but nothing was done about it to resolve the situation and he and his teammates were left to stay in an unsanitary room. As they navigated the tile movement, they found black substance under the tile that reinforced that the problem had been in existence for a while. I made multiple attempts to contact management at the hotel following his stay with no returned phone calls. This of course required countless hours on hold listening to their recording that "customer satisfaction" was their top priority. We have stayed at numerous hotels over the years, and this property will go down as the worst at providing service for an issue during and following the stay! Would highly recommend finding a different property for those visiting Orlando!
