Thomas at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped answer all my questions. Hotel was clean and all the staff was great.

Richard was exceptional with service from start to finish. Drinks were never empty he offered extra creams and condiments for the table and was very knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant we had him for 2 days and the service was the same each time I highly recommend guest visit the breakfast buffet and ask for Richard as he will provide the best experience

This was our first stay at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek and we could not have enjoyed it more. This is a beautiful property in a perfect location, right in the middle of all the Disney Parks and attractions. The property is gorgeous and our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Plus, we could bring our dog, which most Disney properties do not allow. It is a tremendous value. We are Disney annual pass holders and we can easily see this being our new, “go-to” resort at WDW.

Rooms needed upgrade. Parking fees is expensive. The location is close to Disney. The food is average.

This was an absolutely beautiful resort. You can use all the pool amenities from all the hotels that are surrounding the lake. Great time!
