Best resort, came by myself & I thought I would be alone. Treated like a king and met forever friends and new travel buddy. I upgraded to VIP and joined the Circle Club to travel a lot more. Arielia and yosmary helped me with everything including activities. I owe them and for ever will cherish their time. I never want to leave. The bartenders, the staff, everybody is respectful. No need to try another resort, love at first visit !!

I loved this resort. From beginning to end. Initially I was worried due to some negative reviews, but after staying here for 4 days, I realized that the negative feedback must have come from super-picky entitled tourists whose expectations were unrealistic. The staff from the front desk to behind the bar to room service to restaurant wait staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and was helpful in both Spanish and English. The resort itself was a beautiful older building, well kept grounds. It was easy getting around and I quickly felt right at home. The room was comfortable - simple and elegant. The air conditioning was glorious. This was truly a vacation to top all vacations. If I ever return to Puerto Plata and intend to stay at a resort, I would return to BlueBay every single time. The food was delicious and locally sourced. There was no shortage of coffee and snacks. The evening entertainment was fun and I must reiterate just how courteous and accommodating the staff was the entire time. I commend this establishment for its hospitality. The price I paid for my stay was an incredible value. I cannot speak highly enough about BlueBay Villas Doradas. If you are looking for a nice place to get away, this is the place. Muchas gracias :)

Wow!! What an amazing experience. Arielis is incredible she is such a caring person and always included me in the games we played. She made my vacation more fun! The food was great! The customer service and front desk were all nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were delighted my boyfriend and I to visit this hotel for the first time thank you very much for your service especially to Santos the bartender of the beach with many varieties of very good drinks we were delighted. Thank you very much to lorelis at the pool bar she was very friendly and charming, very professional. Franklin the bartender was also a delight to deal with with some signature drinks. In the a la carte restaurants many thanks to Francisco, Antonio and especially to the chef of the beach restaurants Galán with some exquisite dishes an excellent chef and Chef Chino also. thanks to the Trainee Antonio the animation girl Arielis very Attentive and fun with the games in the pool, we are eager to return. The accommodations are very clean, thank you. Lastly, the reception team was so helpful and friendly. Thank you! We will be back!

Its first time came here , experience was really amazing . I do recommend it . The Dominican’s show was extremely the best ever . Lisselotte was really amazing , she’s is doing an incredible job with animation . I just really feel very nice here .I’ll recommend to my friends back USA , I love the snack at the beach
