Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm is not beachfront however there is shuttle service on demand that runs daily from 9am to 6pm. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, a selection of beverages and cold snacks are available at the beach however due to unforeseen circumstances, shower facilities and rest rooms are temporarily unavailable and guests will need to return to the hotel to use these facilities.

Don't have anything bad to say. Really great stay for the price. Accommodations and property were very clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were good. Good location. What made it even better was the staf...f. Everyone was friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Eric at the beach and pool bar was the absolute best and made this stay memorable. We would come back again just to see Eric!

We enjoyed the food, drinks, and poolside. The food and drink were delicious. That was the best thing about our hotel stay. But unfortunately, there is negatives we did not really like about this hotel. I ...had emailed the hotel at least 2 days in advanced about our honeymoon and we were expecting some kind of upgrade of even just a decoration in our room like swan shaped towels. Just something but there was nothing about the room that made our honeymoon special which was a huge disappointment. Not only that, our toilet did not really work that great, we had to flush about 4 times to get the toilet paper to go down (and we not use a lot either which made it worse), the water pressure from the shower wasn’t that great neither along with the temperature of the water. The staff were great and all but I wouldn’t come back to this hotel due to the room quality and alone.
