Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm is not beachfront however there is shuttle service on demand that runs daily from 9am to 6pm. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, a selection of beverages and cold snacks are available at the beach however due to unforeseen circumstances, shower facilities and rest rooms are temporarily unavailable and guests will need to return to the hotel to use these facilities.

The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very warm and kind. The hotel is a beautiful Hacienda with gorgeous landscaping. The food is great and so is the coffee! Location is great because is very close to the Airport and also close to Malecon.

It was a 3 star experience. Nice staff. Rooms dated, Not one English TV channel .Music loud into the night. Traditional Mexican atmosphere. Rooms service and ice lacking. No bottled water in the restaurant. Would like more choices. The staff is great.
