Beautiful Stay at the Villa Premiere

Tourist731551 (Westfield, New Jersey) on Dec 13, 2024

We had a great time at the Villa premiere. The staff are attentive the rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool and beach are beautiful. Lorena at the front desk in Paul at the pool are especially helpful. I've included a picture of Paul. Would highly recommend the Villa Premiere.

Great first-time AI experience

sonick604 (Vancouver, Canada) on Dec 13, 2024

We had a great experience, our first time doing an all inclusive. The resort was just the right size for what we wanted, not some mega resort. Was not disappointed by the food either, as we've heard it being hit or miss at these All Inclusives. Fantastic service as well, shout out to Paul, Enrique, and the pool staff for fantastic service.

Lovely Stay Great Location, Skip the "not a timeshare" breakfast

Nadja M on Dec 13, 2024

We had a lovely experience and the hotel was in an awesome location if you actually want to explore Puerto Vallarta. The staff was super friendly and fun and the whole place was beautiful. It's on a private area of the beach but also attached to a public beach which I liked. We had housekeeping come almost twice a day. We like to experience the city, so we only ate like 2 meals in the resort, but the poolside food and breakfast at la ceiba were very nice. The only reason I would NOT rate this experience 5 stars was the "Not a time share" pitch that we felt very pressured into immediately when we got to the resort. I was frustrated that before we could even go to our rooms we were given a very heavy pressure pitch to commit to a 90 minute presentation the next morning for breakfast in exchange for a 30% discount on food in the hotel and a couple other bonuses. We even had to give the guy $20 to save our place. I even specifically asked him "Can I please just go to the room and think about it?" then I can decide whether I want to go. But, no he kept pressuring me at every denial to commit. We ended up saying yes and lost $20, because of course as soon as I got to my room, I realized, no I do not want to go to this. We were only there for a three day stay and I didn't want to start off like this. It left a bad taste in my mouth and also made no sense to me... As a first time visitor, on my first day why would I want to commit to buying yearly rooms here when I had not even experienced the resort at all.....

Another Wonderful Stay!

Loves2TravelandRead (Pleasant Hill, California) on Dec 12, 2024

We spent four nights last week at Villa Premiere for the 7th or 8th time over the last 17 years. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta! It is always nice to see some of the original staff still greeting guests and clearly enjoying their job. Paul, the Pool Concierge, was an active presence each day, engaging with folks as he moved umbrellas around to prevent sunburn on lounging guests surrounding the pool. We talked with two couples that we had met before at VP; the clientele is loyal. Edgar, a breakfast attendant, was a stand-out on this visit. His efficient manner and kind disposition made our daily breakfast a pleasure! One of the guests told us that Edgar makes the best Americano and sure enough, he was our go-to guy first thing in the morning. It was also lovely to see Asuzena still at the front desk. She greeted us with a welcoming smile and she, too, has a kind way about her. Early December’s weather was great! Not too hot…low 80’s with a bit of a breeze and no humidity. Definitely look for the lowest rates on the hotel website as the rooms can be pricey.

Average hotel

692kathyr (San Diego, California) on Dec 10, 2024

The food, rooms, alcohol and service are very mediocre. Good value if you pay $250-$275 a night, but for $400 a night there are MUCH better all inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta. The main restaurants take literally one hour to bring eggs. Would not recommend. Check out other hotels.
