Villa Premier Resort was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, making it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. The bed and pillow options were incredible, allowing us to tailor our sleeping experience for the ultimate comfort—something I hadn’t realized would make such a difference! The staff and service truly set this resort apart. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, catering to our needs with warmth and professionalism. Whether it was arranging reservations or simply checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves, their dedication made our stay that much more enjoyable. Villa Premier Resort is an oasis of relaxation and top-notch service in Puerto Vallarta. I can’t wait to return and experience it all over again!

Loved this hotel, the food, the service and the amenities were first rate. But even more importantly, my mother had a health issue, and the responsiveness of the staff was beyond anything we could’ve expected. She became dehydrated and pretty ill, I went down to the gift shop to buy some medication and unbeknownst to me, the attendant in the gift shop actually called the front desk and they reached out to see if we would like the doctor to come see her. The doctor then diagnosed her with dehydration and arranged for IV medication in the room. While not the ideal way to spend her birthday and the next to the last day of vacation, their prompt and attentive care allowed her to improve enough to travel home the following day.

This is our 2nd stay here and I can’t tell you how wonderful this place is! But, I’ll try… paul ( who is the pool concierge) is so nice and attentive that he makes everyone feel welcome. Rather it be former Major League Baseball players ( which several were here with us ) or an average couple like us, you feel very special! We came for four nights of relaxation and will be leaving rejuvenated and ready for a Colorado winter! We have thought about buying in Puerto Vallarta but with this wonderful place are considering just using this as our home base in Mexico! Come and enjoy Mexican hospitality at its finest! The second you walk into the lobby, meet the staff, and smell the air you know this is going to be something special. The hospitality is the best we've ever experienced. The property is in a great location and very clean and well maintained. We loved seeing the ocean from our room balcony and we had the best sleep we've had in a long time. The dining staff were so cautious with my food allergies and we received excellent service. The food was so flavorful and you had the option of poolside, casual, or a more formal dining experience depending on your mood. Paul (the best pool guy ever) felt like an old friend and kept us from getting extra crispy. He would adjust our suncover without us needing to ask him. The overall experience was top notch and we look forward to returning again.

I've stayed at VP twice and both times were wonderful. The food and service across the board is all outstanding. Specific acknowledgement to the pool waitstaff! Paul is great at taking care of his guests. He knows when you need shade before you need it!
