Comfortable & Enjoyable Resort !!

When my husband & I arrived at the resort, we were very happy to meet Jasmine who works at the front desk. She made our check in very pleasant and since she spoke English fluently, she was very helpful giv...ing us information. This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and we fell in love with this resort as soon as we entered room 233 and saw the beautiful view from the balcony. We prefer the smaller resorts instead of the high rise buildings because we find the staff is much more friendlier and we get better service. We became friends instantly with Saul who gave us lots of information about tours and the area. It was a pleasure meeting Rosa who made our omelettes and bacon almost everyday. The bartender that worked until 1 a.m. was so entertaining with the fireworks sounds he did while he made our pina coladas, banana mama, etc. Everything about Las Palmas by the Sea is great ! The staff go all out and made us feel very comfortable during our 9 night stay! We plan on returning here .
