Sandra and Elizabeth at Las Palmas by the Sea provided excellent massages to both my wife and me, and a manicure and pedicure for my wife. Highly recommended. Made our stay relaxing and more enjoyable. If you are in Puerto Vallarta and want spa services, look them up.

David from coco lobby bar. great drinks and very tasty. He is in top of the drinks and will get you the next one without asking. So before you know it the next one is ready before you finish the one you have. Come and try his drinks. Atmosphere is 100%

Had to clean table tops when I got to the room. Floor was sticky, They painted next door on the 3rd day and was ill for the duration…eye infection, sore chest and upset stomach from the smell and Vapor! Ran out hand soap on third day. Had to beg for more. Vacation share people were pushy! Staff insisted and cut off my wristband at checkout at 11:00 and had to wait 5 hours for my shuttle! Was offered to eat for 380 pesos! Nothing to drink either at 30 degrees! Waiters were the best and I tipped $20 pesos at each meal.

The staff made our trip such a memorable and incredible one. While the room we stayed in wasn’t what we’re used to, as it seemed quite run down, we only slept in it and spent our day at the pool and beach. Our housekeeper was incredible and always filled the room with extra water bottles. Manuel, Saul, Miguel, Javier, Victor Hugo (waiter), Oscar, Guadalupe, and Edgar were especially amazing, making our days here brighter. Everyone was truly incredible and they all made my first Mexico trip special. The wifi could have been better, as it was constantly disconnecting throughout the day. The food was decent as well considering the chefs produce a ton for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall a beautiful trip!
