Horrible place to stay lost power every day

Horrible service from staff all restaurants had made plans to eat there with staff ahead time they lost my place on place paperwork so was turned away several times through our stay there lost power at pla...ce every day for several hours a day just horrible place to stay at we travel all over world and this place is worst to stay at so far won’t be back just beware before coming to place
Great experience! Kids had lots of fun and our stay was comfortable with our needs Met in time. Reasonably priced.

Raquel@miniclub, she is one of the most entertaining, energetic and caring person to take care of kids. She is amazing with kids. One would surely love to leave kids under her care. Our stay was really com...fortable. Could do better with room maintenance. Would give five star for cleanliness in rooms and resort overall. Great care and activities for kids. Lots of restaurants with good food and variety. Daily shows and fun activities for adults as well.
