Stayed here from October 30th - November 8th. The place has beautiful grounds and so much natural beauty including wildlife. It was amazing to see. We were located in building A across from the pool and it was an excellent location. The rooms were updated and provided more storage than I've seen in an all inclusive in a while. 2 closets, numerous drawers, double sinks, walk in shower and separate toilet area. Quite impressive!! Staff was beyond amazing wherever we were. Shout out to the following: Pool Bar - Gerson, Juan, Wally G and Wellington - just amazing meeting you all and so entertaining and friendly and efficient running both the swim up and walk up bars at the same time! Well done!! Housekeeping - Rafaella was the most pleasant person - always had a smile on her face and was always helpful in whatever was requested. Sports Bar - Joel is just beyond words!!! I don't know how he does it. Keeps track of everything and everyone so well. We had the pleasure of meeting Roberto (the roving waiter) our first day there at the sports bar and then saw him multiple times in different locations throughout our stay. He would always come and say hello and see how we were. A truly truly wonderful person! Al a Carte Reservations - Oliver and Carlos were so helpful with our multiple reservations/cancelations/modifications - they really know what they are doing. I'm not a 'foodie' per se but I did manage to find something to eat at all times. Buffet is a tad smaller than I've seen in other resorts but again didn't go hungry. Tried 3 al a Carte restaurants and the portions were very large and tasty. Last shout out goes to Gregory - trolly/bellman - so helpful in our room assignment's and just a great guy. Everytime he would pass us on the trolly would always say hello and call us 'Familia'. This was our first time at this resort but I would definitely recommend it. If time and money permits I would probably visit again!

Just got back from a week at Caribe Deluxe Princess platinum.. the resort is bigger then I'd like but had no problem getting the tram from one point to the other always running.. the food was delicious had the best T-bone steak ever.. the seafood was perfectly cooked evening was delicious... a big shout out to our waiter Cepin at the platinum restaurant he is so good at his job...very sweet.. Smarlyn kept our drinks refreshed at the beach and always with a smile... I would return that's for sure no complaints from me..
