Fun trip with my niece

We arrived late at night. The room was underwhelming. No bedspread. We had 2 double beds. We waited 3 days for our bathrobes and slippers. We asked 3 days in a row We were platinum and we enjoyed all the perks. Restaurants service was outstanding . We enjoyed all the restaurants Loved having breakfast al la Carte ?? We never used the buffet except for coffee early morning . The pool was super busy as the locals had arrived for the weekend. Everyone was very polite. We really enjoyed the beach. Outstanding. All in all a great trip. The staff made is so nice

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Ana at the reception of the Adults Only was very helpful. Ivelisse, Aris, Yesenia and Ana were super welcoming and kind at the buffet area of the Caribe Deluxe and made our breakfast and lunches very enjoyable! In general the amount of restaurant, services and activities made the stay perfect. The only downside were the rooms, a little outdated
