I would like to start by saying I’m not a complainer and am very tolerant. We (my husband and two kids) arrived today after having our holiday booked for a year and requesting adjoined rooms. We were told they didn’t have rooms even next to each other! Apparently this will be resolved tomorrow but after reading other reviews I do not hold out much hope! Miguel behind the reception was kind and tried to request an upgrade with rooms next to each other but the supervisor told us we could not have these rooms as they were more expensive and we would have to move rooms tomorrow!!!! I am currently sat in a hot room with rubbish A/C. The staff in the lobby bar and around the resort are lovely and the resort itself is beautiful but I am shocked at the complacency of the reception supervisor who didn’t seem to care we had travelled all day and actually wanted to unpack and get settled! Not happy!!!!!

I’m leaving this review for one member of the team in particular - Angela. We frequented the Pure Chill Out bar on the beach every night of our stay, and she was simply fantastic. Always kind, friendly and welcoming, and her attention to detail was second to none. Angela, thank you for making our holiday special. Angela’s manager - Angela deserves a raise!!
