Mediocre all inclusive, service is slow, food is nothing exciting and I believe cleaning crew stole my credit card

Service is slow and poor (only 2 exceptions of nice servers) Food is ok, nothing exciting and they don’t replenish buffet, if you go late, chances are most things are gone It is all inclusive but some thin...gs require very long lines (like pizza at pool or crepes at beach) and I ended up skipping Cleaning crew stole my credit card, the plastic, I had inside my wallet inside my backpack and they only took one of my credit cards, makes me think it’s not first time they do it, so it’s hard to notice I reported the incident with customer services and they said they would investigate and I would hear back in 48 to 72 hours but I didn’t

Very disappointed with our trip, we have gone to many all inclusive resorts in this is by far the worst one that we have ever been to, and will never ever go back to this one or any resort in this chain! T...he service is incredibly rude and you don’t have to wear clothes at this one even though there’s so many children they allow everything!!! so disappointed and disgusted with this place!
