Okay But I don't have to go back

The resort is okay. I was disappointed in the loft room. We were told it was a beach view, but it was really a view of the buffet. The television in the upstairs loft did not work which was one of the main reasons we purchased the space. Additionally, the room was hot, the shower leaked water, and the water was never hot. The temperature in the room was consistsly 78 degree, and there was no way to adjust the thermostat. We went to a travel club presentation only to find out the massage was not a spa massage. We paid for a spa upgrade, and the spa was nice. The staff overall are friendly and try their best to accommodate, but I believe some things are out of their control. The food was tasty, but I stayed sick the entire trip. I would go back to the resort if I found a really great deal, but i am okay if I don't return.

Worst food ever at an all inclusive resort. Very disappointed. We cannot come back. Had upset stomach several times. Need more English speaking employees.
