Felicialbrown71@gmail.com 8/24/24 Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana Management Dear Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the organization and management of my upcoming wedding at your resort. I chose Hard Rock Punta Cana for my special day with great expectations, believing it would provide the ideal setting and experience for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. Despite being allowed to book my wedding at your venue, I have encountered numerous issues with fulfilling the accommodations and arrangements I requested. I was under the impression that my wishes would be prioritized and that my wedding would be tailored to meet my vision. Unfortunately, I have been informed that none of my preferred venues or settings can be accommodated, and all of my events will now have to take place outdoors. This is not acceptable to me, as I do not eat outside, and this arrangement is contrary to my personal preferences. This should have been communicated before I was allowed to reserve your organization for my upcoming nuptials. This is not only inconvenient but also deeply upsetting, as it contradicts the initial promises and commitments made when I first booked with you. Planning a wedding is a significant emotional and financial investment, and I feel let down by the lack of transparency and consideration for my needs. I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism from a reputable establishment like Hard Rock Punta Cana. The inability to accommodate my requests reflects poorly on your organization and has created a great deal of stress and disappointment for me and my family. I was allowed to book my wedding with the understanding that your venue would provide a variety of options for both the ceremony and reception. However, after signing a contract, reserving my accommodations, and having more than 80 guests already made reservations to join us, I have been informed that there are no options available for my ceremony or reception other than holding all events outdoors. Although this ordeal has been very disappointing, I was trying to figure out a way to at least get through the ceremony and the reception by requesting a tent to cover the reception area. I was shocked to learn that I would be charged extra for this accommodation. It is incredibly upsetting to be told that I need to pay additional fees for a basic necessity that should be complimentary, especially since none of my other wishes can be accommodated. I sincerely hope you understand the gravity of this situation and the impact it has on my overall experience. I urge you to reconsider your stance and make every effort to provide the services and arrangements initially promised. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and I was counting on your expertise and dedication to make it a memorable and joyful occasion. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. We bought the Rick Royalty package and that is what made the trip! Our concierge Judith was phenomenal! She took care of everything for us, made dinner reservations, brought snacks at the pool, helped with check out and transportation. She is the reason I might come back. The resort is so large that you had to take trams to get anywhere. The shows were amazing but the food left a lot to be desired. Im a Coke drinker so being a Pepsi resort was terrible. Only found dark runs and was not a fan. The resort is great for families but not what we were looking for. Room reservations say 18+ but that doesn’t mean the resort. Very confusing. If you are looking for fun place to take kids, this is it!!

Staff was amazing Our butlers was amazing as well they were so nice with us they treated us like royalty. This was our family vacation for the second year and we had a blast. Everyone wants to come back and do it all over again

We had a great family vacation. Great food, lots of fun and dynamite service. Elvido and David were excellent. They were very attentive and detail oriented. Overall all of the staff that we interacted with were great. Can’t wait to go back and we will definitely request Elvido and David!!!

Had an amazing two weeks this year with our family and best friends. Our butlers David and Elvido were there for us whenever we needed them and were fantastic with organising everything for us going above and beyond with what they delivered almost every day. Service, food and drinks were all exceptional.
