As always a great vacation but made better with the assistance of really great staff. We can’t say enough good things about Elvido and Rafael, who are smart, well spoken, competent and professional. Their availability for any requests along with assistance with our reservations was invaluable Also we loved Neyeska and Felix at breakfast (La Fuerza!). We watched them be overly patient when some of the guests were not so nice, always with a kind smile and a “can do” attitude. Orlando who is just amazing at everything, Judith at the beach who is so fast, courteous and fun, Roberto at the pool who is sweet, hard working and professional (Happy Birthday!), Dorca at the pool who was quick with a smile and a drink, and of course Scooby - who everyone loves for so many reasons! Being there during the busiest time of the year causes some delays, but the staff mentioned above made it not only bearable but incredibly easy to enjoy the best that Hard Rock Punta Cana has to offer.

Didnt stay in the hotel but went to the casino several times while staying down the road. Casino operates in USD which is nice. They have $10 min blackjack tables which is also nice since you can play for an extended period of time. What is nice is that they also have free bet blackjack with a $10 min thats 3 to 2 payout (it is a push 22 table though) so you can really leave having made good money. The employees are very lively while still remaining professional. The japanese place they have to eat within the casino was literally the best food the entire trip, it was PHENOMENAL.

This is our 7th year in a row that we’ve come to Hard Rock and it’s the only all inclusive I go to. The major domo Jesus and Jimmy and our pool concierge Scooby-Doo were very friendly and made sure our stay was incredible. He is always helping us with our tables, chairs and sets up the domino table for my family. He is always greeting everyone and smiling. Our waitress/waiter Roberto, Pablo, Mariluz, and Davidson were always around when we needed them and very easy to talk to. Drinks were always refilled before even asking even when we weren’t sitting in their section. The resort is huge, many options to do events. Overall it’s great and I can’t wait to be back. Everyone is great!

From the beginning the check-in process was very smooth, quick and efficient. We were greeted warmly with smiles and champagne. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but I wish there were more hangers provided in the rooms. All of the food was good, however, it was hard to find a table especially being in a larger group (12 people) Many nights we waited 2 hours for a table and there was even a wait at the buffet one night. The hotel offered lots of amenities and activities for their guests. The pool had activities daily and there was a show at the theatre very night. Due to having to wait for a dinner table every night I never actually got to see any of them. The service was good, and I must mention the beach staff as they work very hard and it shows! I did not come across any rude or unhelpful staff throughout my whole stay. My biggest tip is to bring comfortable sandals and shoes as this hotel requires A LOT of walking!

Family vacations at this resort are top notch. The employees are outstanding and happy to go above and beyond. The ocean is non stop crashing waves which is what sold us on this specific beach. Always clean and comfortable. Wide selection of restaurants to choose from. We bought a membership in 2024. This trip was our first using that membership on our own. Our butlers were outstanding in assisting us with chairs at the pool, dinner reservations, seats saved at the nightly shows, snacks and treats in our room, request behind their normal services. Rafael & Elvido were top notch!
