Place was amazing but some of the service deserves extra attention. WANDER was our shuttle to/from the resort & golf club and he gets 10/10 stars. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Can converse in English fl...uently and made us feel at home. Another special call out goes to Yazmin & Belkis who operate one of the concession stands in building 7 near the pool. Had a blast and will be coming back 100%. Food & drinks were good and rooms were clean. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at the Hard Rock Punta Cana from May 8 to 12, 2025. My mother cut her foot at the hotel (in front of sector 5B there is a poorly maintained speed bump and she tripped). Since she was bleeding a l...ot, the bellhop took us to the medical center. When we got there, the doctor said that we would have to pay for the service and that he wouldn't even be able to examine or clean the bleeding if we didn't pay. We were desperate, not knowing what to do. He made me sign a waiver stating that I would refuse treatment while my mother, a 70-year-old woman, was bleeding. The hotel doctor allowed her to leave bleeding and said that if we wanted, we could buy gauze or antiseptics at the pharmacy. The hotel did not provide first aid! The doctor wanted to profit from someone else's tragedy. The hotel was responsible for the poor maintenance of the speed bump, which is a safety risk to guests, and refused to provide first aid. That put an end to our trip.

We just got back with our family of 11 last week. We had the absolute best time at the Hard Rock. Our 6 rooms we had were beautiful and Judith our room assistant was amazing. She went above and beyond to m...ake us feel comfortable and for our family during our stay. Ramon who took care of us at the pool everyday made sure we were taken care of with chairs/towels, drinks to bringing food. He is a hard worker and was a joy to be around. They are both an asset to your hotel and deserve recognition for the hard work and dedication they both give to their jobs. They made our family trip so memorable that we will be back again!

I stayed at Hard Rock Punta Cana expecting a luxury experience, but instead, I had one of the most disappointing and unsafe stays. Someone stole money directly from my room, and when I reported it to the h...otel security, they did absolutely nothing. They wasted my time, didn’t follow up seriously, and I left feeling completely ignored. This resort is expensive, but the security is poor and the management did not care about resolving the issue or compensating for the loss. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety and respectful service.

The good: Many pools, decent food and service, nice beach. The bad: Physical condition/upkeep Our room was in poor shape. Crumbling drywall, sloppy paint and drywall repair work. (See pics). Dirty air v...ents and musty smell Common areas are really showing age and a lack of ongoing maintenance. Cracks, dirt, crumbling cement and shoddy patchwork. Look for an alternative resort. We wont be returning here .
