I must admit that I was reluctant going to the DR because of few things I read about people passing away few years ago, but I am glad I did go. I will go again and again to Hard rock because of the experience. From the moment we stepped feet in the resort; we were greeted by Judith, who facilitated the check-in and ensured that we got settled comfortably in our rooms. She provided us with her number to reach out to her at any moment and even went out of her way to resolve an issue I had with an excursion company. She made the restaurant reservation and ensured that we had a taxi yo take us back when the transportation company never showed to pick us up to the airport. Doris !!

Everyone who works at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana is dedicated to giving their guests the best service possible. The pool concierge, Scooby Doo, the butlers, Cristobal and Rey, the wait staff at every bar and restaurant, lifeguards, everyone does an incredible job. You will never be hungry, thirsty or without entertainment!

Overall really good, pool staff Scooby, Oscar were excellent! Bar service at pool all excellent. Housekeeping staff also very good. Food was delicious at most restaurants. Spa service good, very attentive and courteous/ friendly. Have visited the last 8 years and will keep going back.

It was an amazing experience going to DR!! The people there were amazing starting with Gabriela, and Carlos who made it possible for us to have a comfortable stay at the Hard Rock Resort. The butler Rafael was also very helpful, he kept us in the loop with the daily activities the resort was hosting and helped us with the restaurant reservations. Elvido was also nice ?? Over all it was a great experience being the first time going to DR. Will definitely go back and do recommend for other to visit DR, Hard Rock & Casino Resort!

Elvyn and Reymond were the best assistants at this resort. They were careful and very attentive. Me and wife came to the resort on our honeymoon, and we had so much fun on this trip together. Thank you to Elvyn and Reymond for making our stay so special!! We highly recommend them!!
