Awesome our 5th visit to the majestic elegance. Our butler Juan was great. Keeping us informed every day. Our bartender Maxima Rosa maryella and Angelina the best on the beach. Ricardo on the beach made s...ure we were comfortable and happy. Great hospitality. Will definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Majestic Elegance! The resort is beautiful! It is definitely worth it to join their Elegance club as it has great perks including an adults only pool and access to the snacks and drink...s in the lounges. The food was decent, think cheap fast food for the most part. The service from our butler, Henry, was top tier. Some of the waitresses and bartenders who served us also gave great service (Indira, Sujei, Rosa, and Rony). If we are ever back in the Dominican Republic we will definitely be checking out the Majestic Elegance again!

We spent 7 nights in a adults-only Club suite to celebrate our anniversary. This is an all-inclusive resort. We booked a package through Costco Travel, which was very satisfactory. The resort is stunnin...gly beautiful and well kept. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. English is widely spoken, but knowing a little Spanish would be a bonus, and even simple terms like hola, por favor, and gracias seemed to be appreciated by the staff. Beach area is beautiful, picture perfect really! Seaweed is an issue throughout the area currently, but resort does a very good job keeping it cleaned up. Our room was very large, clean and attractively decorated, with a comfortable king bed, a small balcony that overlooked one of the pools, as well as an in room Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks and small refrigerator. Complimentary snacks and drinks were restocked daily. Housekeeping was very good with daily cleaning. Room service is available 24 hours and was quite good. Club rooms include a butler who is assigned to you for your stay. They are basically an assistant, helping with check-in and check-out, making dinner reservations, and basically helping with anything else needed, or to resolve any problems. Our butler, Rafael, was excellent!! He was very friendly , checked in with us regularly, and arranged a romantic beach dinner and room decorations for our anniversary! ( It should be noted that a few things, like the private beach dinner ($150) as well as Spa services and a few other items carry additional fees, but these were all clearly communicated.) Food was good but generally not spectacular, although presentation was quite beautiful. There is a large buffet, Flavors, serving breakfast lunch and dinner, and a smaller breakfast and lunch buffet at the beach restaurant See & Sea which is gorgeous! They serve dinner in the evening. In addition, there are separate French, Italian, Japanese, steakhouse restaurants. We were disappointed in the French (Limited Gourmand), food quality and ambience just wasn't up to our expectations. Also, Club members also have a couple of lounge areas with drinks, coffee, desserts and light food/snacks that were pretty good and handy. There are numerous bars throughout the property, including a swim up bar at the main pool. Overall, the food was pretty good, but we felt a few small improvements would really elevate the experience! Beach area was beautiful with loungers and Balinese beds which are basically a double bed with roof and adjustable side curtains. A little shade was nice as the sun is very strong here! Club members have there own adults only area, as well as having a couple of members only pools. All the pools were very nice, clean, and fairly warm. We never had a problem locating an open bed or lounge chairs. Drinks service is provided at the pools and beach. There is various entertainment in the main pool area. There are nightly shows in the large open theater, with a different show each night. The entertainers were enthusiastic and energetic, although some of the shows lacked polish and maybe could have used more rehearsal time! All the shows were enjoyable, with the Michael Jackson tribute probably being the best and most popular. There was nightly music in the plaza/lobby area with some fairly large crowds. We did enjoy some of the optional Spa services, and highly recommend the Hydrotherapy Circuit with several different stations like a sauna, cold plunge, hot stone bed, hydrotherapy pool and others. Overall, there is a relaxed, fun, friendly vibe at this resort, and, again, it really is beautiful! If you want a big spring break party experience, this is not the place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with excellent service. We think most people would find this very affordable and an excellent value. We recommend this resort highly, and plan to return soon!

Our experience was Great! The entire staff was amazing! In particular, would like to give back very special thanks to Anyelina, Mari, Zania, Rosa and Maxima, at the pool bar. Our Butler Arling was perfec...t! Thank you for being so accommodating.

We had a relaxing time at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. We stayed in the adults-only section which had lovely private pools and beach area. We never had trouble finding a good spot to be lazy all day at th...e pool or on the beach. One of the things I like about Punta Cana, as compared to places in Mexico, is the beach which has more palm trees and palapas for shade. There was always a breeze so you didn't notice the heat. Dario, our butler, was always available to assist us with anything we needed with a smile on his face. He kept us updated with the daily activities via their messaging app. Staff was always pleasant and enthusiastic (for the most part). Food was good for an all-inclusive resort. Grounds were beautiful and clean. I liked that it wasn't a sprawling property where you had to walk forever to get from one place to another. It felt very intimate and quiet. Please be sure to bring lots of small bills to tip everyone. A little appreciation goes a long way, and you make a difference for the staff who works so hard. The bed was comfortable. Rainfall shower was lovely. Bath towels were huge! Shout out to Amstar for their airport transfer service. They made it very easy. I would strongly recommend you book with them ahead of time.
