Food was NOT good, I have never gone to a resort and lost weight, but i did here. The restaurants were closed at certain times which i understand, but the 24 hour restaurant was also closed alot of the time and we couldnt get food for our 2yr old when he was hungry/ room service takes a LONG time. Sour milk at buffets also. If it werent for the amazing staff I would give this resort a worse rating. Ive been to punta cana 7 times and this is the worst experience and will NOT return

so accepting and very nice! they are happy to take care of you so friendly ! i love it here and would recommend it for anyone! ! Gray for a family trip, vacation to relax, or even to party! They will take great care of you and please bring money to tip them because they work so much and so hard they deserve it. I love them so much. I will be coming back.

Wow! This place was fantastic! We were a party of 30 celebrating my father in law’s 80th birthday and everything was perfect! Starting with Joan at the reception. He was such a nice and professional individual and helped us with everything we needed even after checking in 30 guests. Carlos was such an amazing person the entire trip, he really went above and beyond to help us with my father in laws birthday celebration at the Buffet and my own birthday celebration at 9 Doors. Oh my sweet Vanessa at the buffet and 9 Doors-This girl has the sweetest soul and such a helping and caring individual. She made me feel like family! Mariledys at the buffet and lunch at see and sea- another sweet and beautiful individual who was the sweetest to me, my family and specially my daughter is super shy! I loved how everyone treated us with respect, love and professionalism at all times. The food was very good, everyone’s favorite was Japanese 9 Doors! Room service food was delicious and so convenient! Our party had swim out suites and they were phenomenal and super clean. I loved my afternoon talks by my pool with my dear Fennis at the parrot bar- she was so attentive and so helpful! My hands were always full with a drink haha! Alexander at the see and sea bar made amazing drinks and such a nice person. Can’t forget Benadel at the beach! Such a calm and sweet gentleman who was very caring and attentive. Can’t forget my dear Stefany at see and sea.. she is such a bubbly person and very caring and really made our stay much sweeter.Cardi B, Ruth, Breilyn and so many more that I am forgetting! All these people really went above and beyond and are amazing people! We can’t wait to go back. Entertainment was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. We loved the Christmas decorations! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you elegance team for making our family trip an unforgettable one!

Our experience was awesome! From the food, the staff, the atmosphere, the beach and the pools! We had 2 minor hiccups….but nothing that our Butler, Guzman, couldn’t handle quickly and effectively! Guzman was available for all our needs. Thank you Majestic Elegance!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are extremely large and comfortable. Our butler, Peter was fantastic and assisted us with reservations, excursions, transportation and anything else we needed. We met great people and will be back next year.
