5-Star Review… BEST Butler Wolgang Cedeno!!! ?????????????? Our stay at this all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to luxury and impeccable service. The highlight of our trip was having a personal butler who made our experience effortless and absolutely perfect. We celebrated my birthday during our stay, and our butler went above and beyond to make it special, with thoughtful surprises and personalized touches that made it a day to remember. Whether it was reserving the best spots by the pool, arranging dinner reservations, or ensuring our room was always stocked with our favorite drinks, he anticipated every need before we could even ask. The resort itself had everything we could have dreamed of—beautiful pools, incredible dining options, and endless activities. We never felt the need to leave the property because it truly had it all. Our butler’s care and attention turned what was already a stunning vacation into a seamless, relaxing, and joyous experience. If you’re looking for luxury, convenience, and unparalleled service, this resort is a must! We can’t wait to return.

Staff abusive and never helpful to UK citizens. Had been twice before and it was great but no more. Run down, understaffed, staff ryde and served whoever had Dollars in hand plus weekends locals came in and got better service. Such a shame to allow this to go downhill.
