Excellent vacations, with the entertainment guys. Henry Ramos make our vacation very enjoyable. The games the music everything was amazing. The food, drinks and the room were great. The shows and the animation are excellent. Ariel has an excellent equipment for animation they are very happy.

Great hotel, good food excellent service. Drinks are good. Animation is Brilliant.. the rooms are very clean and good service as well. Very friendly people. We Will come back for sure. Especially Sexy Boy The best ????????????????????????

Brilliant hotel stay. Denis the Tui rep was very helpful. Pool bar staff very attentive and didn’t stop all day. My son loved giving the kittens attention and Jorgelina looked after us brilliantly at breakfast time and lunch. She helped teach my son some basic Spanish, and made the extra effort to look after him.

Hotel is fantastic, great quality venues. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, bar service is great and very widely available. Entertainment and entertainment team are very helpful and successful at engaging with visitors, friendly and enthusiastic like Blue Jorge from the Entertainment team ?? beach and pool facilities are great and very relaxing way to spend the day.

I just return from the Ocean Blue and Sand resort yesterday. On our arrival they did not have 2 beds for us requested by our travel agent. After the did found what we did need and pay for. In our room the bathroom and air conditioner worked well. After asking the front desk to repair our phone it was repaired after 3 days. The safe was hard to work too. The buttons you had to push few times to work.The balcony door was closed by a pin ,no handle on a door to open balcony door.. We had no place to hang our dresses , the doors in the cabinet would not close. We usually left the room before 10 AM returning around 3 or 4 in the afternoon,the room was not made I had to look for someone to make the room. For a bottle of water I had to always ask to give us more. Food was good in the special restaurants .The buffet at the breakfast was almost the same for 2 weeks we stayed. For egg or omelet you had to wait in a long line . It was the same at the beach restaurant the same food for2 weeks. I was very disappointed because I did stayed in Mexico in H10 resorts you cannot compare them. The beach is very nice ,the entertainment is very good ,and the grounds in the resort is well kept. The staff tries to keep everyone happy. They do work long hours. The shows starts at 9.30 which is way too late. But this resort is not a five star hotel. I did meet few couples and they were not happy at all .
