THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT PUNTA CANA ROYALTON CHIC RESORT

This has been BY FAR the BEST and MOST FUN resort we’ve ever experienced!!! The ENTIRE staff was extremely friendly, humble, always willing to help, and made sure to make you feel welcome! I want to gi...ve a very special thank you to the AMAZING bartenders Jose, Enmanuel, Ramfi, Miguel, and Pedro who made our stay the most fun experience! They were so knowledgeable about different types of drinks, they were super fast at serving, and the best part of all, they were always happy, smiling, and stress free no matter how busy it got! They also cared to get to know us on a personal level and to learn about our culture. It was a ONE OF A KIND SERVICE, THEY WERE THE HEARTBEAT OF THE RESORT!!! Also, the person who helped us tremendously was Jon from the Tours/Activities Office. Not only did he ask the correct questions to find out what activities fit us best, but he also suggested options to make sure we fully enjoyed all the activities we chose to do at AMAZING prices!! The Hunter Steakhouse and Tandori Restaurant were amazing!! The manager from Tandori, Josefa, came to speak to us to ensure the food and service were up to par. She wanted to make sure we had the best experience and if not, she wanted to know what to do to improve it. The food at the buffet was phenomenal!! Every day the food selection would change with so many options to choose from that were absolutely DELICIOUS!! Pedro and Gabriel were extremely attentive and helpful during our stay. We also want to give a big shot out to Torres and Sergio from the pool bar who made amazing drinks and kept the environment so up beat! The entire resort was super clean and you could get anything and any given time. The price was super affordable so we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Horrible experience so far. 4:30 in the afternoon. Still don't have a room. And we were informed we don't get the room we booked almost a year ago. Ridiculous for a Royalton. Worst experience we have ev...er had at a Royalton. And they don't seem like they care.
