Great resort! Staff super friendly and our Butler Marie was the absolute best! She was very attentive to our needs and very helpful! We went for my husband’s birthday and he enjoyed every moment! And the food and entertainment was excellent!
Disappointing honeymoon! Will not recommend staying here!

First of all the positives! Some of the staff here are brilliant and go that extra mile to make sure you are ok. Big shout out to aury and angel with excellent customer service on front desk. All the bar staff inperticular rosa by pool bar. All the staff waiting on in the restaurants and the vibe entertainment team. You are a credit to the hotel and made our stay better which is why I haven’t put this as a 1 star review. Now to the negatives! We arrived at 4pm to find our room wasn’t ready yet and were told to enjoy the bar facilities untill our room was ready. We just wanted to get out of our cloths after a 9 hour flight, have a shower and relax. After a an hour we were still waiting and started to complain. We were told our room wasn’t ready becase a guest was still in the room and hadn’t checked out. We demanded another room but there was no rooms available. At 8pm We were offered a small twin room so we could sleep in hope our room would be ready. The room looked dirty but we just wanted to sleep from the long flight. Our room was ready the following day at 5pm. Not a great start. Eventually we went to our junior suite with a jacuzzi and views of the garden area. We found that our jacuzzi had a very large leak in it that was dripping onto exposed wires. We reported this issue and were assured it will been seen to. We were told the next day it was fixed but on our return to the room we found nothing had been done and it was still leaking. Another complaint went in and the jacuzzi remained unusable. As a good will gesture they offered us free late check out (which was no use to us) use of the spa facilities (which didn’t interest us). And a romantic meal on the beach which we accepted. While there we were pestered by staff with white shirts and clipboards who wanted to take us for a tour of the hotel to try and sell us dimond club and savings on our next holiday. We initially booked in but cancelled as we felt pressured in doing this with a guy called Alexander. When I cancelled he and another member of staff became quite hostile telling me we are not allowed to cancel as it’s a one time invitation and we could be charged $150 for waisting there time. Off went complaint number 3. Half way though our holiday I found out that one of my watched was stolen from my room. When I reported this it was taken very serious by staff and is curently under investigation. I was asked why I didn’t use the room safe but I didn’t expect hotel staff to steal items from rooms. So big tip. Anything of value please use the safes as staff can’t be trusted to enter your rooms! The hotel itself self was very small, tired looking and in need of a revamp. The restaurant food was ok but didn’t have a great variety. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and look into other accommodation as it’s not worth the money. Dimond club seemed a rip off! STAY AWAY!
