One Week in Paradise

I really enjoyed this resort. The food was great and the staff were a pleasure to be around. Everyone you encounter is extremely helpful and nice. I loved the Preferred Club advantages and it is great they have a quiet pool for when you want to relax. The only reason I rated the resort as Very Good vs Excellent is because the Pool Bars close at 6pm and the Pool itself closes at 7pm. Seems very early given it is an adult resort and some people enjoy a night swim. I believe they shut down early to encourage guests to dine inside as well as watch the live entertainment. That's cool but I do think they should reconsider the hours for us Night Owls.

We spent a week as a large family group (13 people) and had an amazing time. The food was excellent and a huge choice. The staff were polite, pleasant, and helpful. In particular, Wascar treted us very well and went out of his way to make our group feel very special. He is a credit to the hotel, and younger staff could learn a lot from him.
