Buy Preferred Status or don't go.

Do not go here if you do not speak Spanish and need any dietary assistance. I told my travel agent that I cannot have dairy and I need accomodations. Well I had to find someone who spoke English at every meal to find food I could eat. Asking "Does this have butter?" lead to blank looks on my employees. Every meal. It was frustrating. I drank more than ate because that was more readily available than food I could eat. If you do go bring your walking shoes. Also buy the Preferred Status so you don't have to wait for 3 hours for dinner. Otherwise you will wait in the popular restaurants. Expect some peeling paint in the hallways as it is open to the elements. Bring power plugs because most USB ports don't work in the rooms. The spa was lovely and would use again but I won't come back here. Also if you go alone you be asked at every meal and every excursion...are you alone?

The staff is so kind and friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms are comfortable. Anything you may need has been anticipated and is available. Jefri B, Chicken Legs and J. Fross are so much fun in the entertainment department while Darlin the bartender was a lot of fun and creative.
