I really enjoyed my experience at Breathless Riviera Cancun. Upon arrival you’re given a cool aromatic towel to cool down. The Xhale club concierge team took excellent care of my spouse and I during our st...ay. America & Jorge did an excellent job explaining the amenities of the resort & making accommodations for my special celebration for my birthday. Linda & Jugo our bartenders had the drinks on point every time. The scenery & pools were nice. The pool staff Vincente & Edwin were very accommodating to our needs from the towels, poolside food and of course, drinks. My only recommendation would be the evening entertainment could be a little longer. We went to a cool silent party that shut down around 11P. Overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend going to this resort and I will definitely be back.

Great stay on a beautiful property and the workers were very attentive and prompt to our needs. Lidia in the xhale lounge made us feel like vip's and made fantastic drinks, make her your first stop after s...ettling in you can't go wrong. I would have given a 5 star but the wifi was spotty at best.

Terrible service . Would not recommend. I had a bellman walk in my room with the do not disturb sign on ,while I undressed, claiming someone wrote the wrong room number. After that I felt I wasn’t safe. N...o one followed up after I called to complain until the day I left .

We had a very enjoyable experience at Breathless. Staff were friendly. The food was good. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. We came as a group and most everyon...e in our party expressed their enjoyment of the trip and this resort. This is our second breathless resort and we would definitely be back.

Overall fun mini getaway! Pros: - Great service, great amount of pool chairs, fun activities and entertainment staff, good spa with great treatments -Enjoyed the cinco de mayo festivities! lol I sanded ...the night away ?? - Great housekeeping Special shoutout to: - Entertainment: Jorge, Jesus. Angel, Sergio, Ivan, Eric - Pool staff was great! Very attention. Thank you to Gibran. - Food: Jessica chef concierge - The employee at the pizza station Areas to Improve: - Our arrival could have been better, as I am usually welcomed with a glass of champagne whenever I arrive to a resort -Food choices could be improved - wish there were more healthy options. Didn’t see many fruits or veggies. - UVC attention was lacking a little in my opinion. Wish they could have been more attentive instead of me going out of my way to find them. - Rooms were decent. Missing a full length mirror. Overall 4/5. Would return.
