Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean ...and beautifully appointed, The resort's amenities were top-notch, with multiple pools, a fantastic spa, and a variety of restaurants and activities. We had the pleasure of staying in the Xhale club Jr. Suite Swimout Tropical View Double. That specific room came with an incentive of a luxury club with a premium bar and small bites. It helped the check in process much easier. To be completely transparent the lounge is far away from the room. Which is a disappointment especially in the heat and after a few drinks. The pools closed completely to early 8pm and the bar in the pools close at 5! We literally would have to get out the pool walk to the lounge for our drinks that’s a huge inconvenience! The staff were very helpful and respectful. The food was mediocre they could improve with more options for breakfast and lunch. We actually didn’t try any of they’re restaurants and the hibachi restaurant was booked every night we did want to try. Their coffee shop The Nook had the best sandwiches and we ate them everyday! Overall atmosphere was nice. I would give this resort a 3 no a 4 (including the sandwiches) I’ve stayed at a few of their sister properties and this would be my least favorite.

The service was 1000/10. I love it the minute I got there. Drinks were amazing! Food was about a 8/10! Club was lots of fun, it was something to do everyday there! I also tried tequila tasting , the instru...ctor was very friendly and entertaining.

All of the employees were the friendliest people we have met in a while. Nothing but great times and great people. Victor, Ivan, and Erik were tremendous and we have 0 bad things to say. The food was great... and we never had to wait for a beverage..

First off, I would like to say that I had a great time at the resort and will definitely be back. I have stayed at a number of resorts in Mexico and this is one of my favorites. Everyone was so friendly an...d made me feel so welcomed, which is something that I truly appreciate when I am at a resort. I truly appreciate that the resort has the Xhale pool, as it put me in a place of relaxation, with a hint of party. The Xhale pool was where I spent most of my time and the guys over there, Vincente, Rogelio, Edwin, Enrique, and the guys at the bar (especially for making the drinks so good), made my time even better. They made sure that I always had a great place to sit and a drink in hand; which I appreciate. The ladies in the Xhale lounge, America, Lydia, and I cannot remember the other young lady’s name, were amazing from the hospitality to the smiles they always had on their faces. Pascal (spelling) in Spoons always made sure that my group had the same table and mimosas/drinks/shots, whether it was breakfast or lunch, to make sure we are starting or continuing the day in a great manner. From the staff who are in the background to the staff who keep the grounds clean, I just went to say thank you to everyone and if I could thank each of you individually, I would. I truly had a great time, and if I did not remember your name (it is not on purpose) and you were there during my stay, I want to thank you all for all that you did and the amazing time that you showed me.

Where do I start. This resort was a very last minute trip, booked on Travelocity- took off 2 days later. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was completely taken away by the incredible service and hospita...lity, there was not one employee that passed me and my husband and did not greet us with Buenos Dias or Hello, the staff at the pool far exceeded our expectations providing chairs, our drinks were always full, we always had amazing lunch poolside and they even had floats waiting at our chairs. The food, it was like no other resort. The Italian restaurant was great, we had Carbonara and Gnochi, we dined at the Steak Restaurant and both had Ribeyes, the empanadas were such a great app, and we also did the Japanese- we didn't do Hibachi but enjoyed Yakisoba, Kung Pao, Eggrolls and a Spicy Tuna roll. All Fabulous! The Spoon for breakfast served fresh breakfast sandwiches off the grill, avocado toast with egg and a variety of other options! I had no complaints! Our room was cleaned daily and was a wonderful view of the ocean. The entertainment- we are in the middle of a zen and party crowd, so the middle pool was great. The staff kept everyone entertained and laughing with trivia, water spin and dancing! I would come back here and stay again, its been my favorite resort out of 25 or so.
