Absolutely fabulous beach resort vacation. Excellent facilities and food. Guests are provided with a butler for the full stay and our butler Leo Q was super friendly and attentive. He reached out every morning to see what we needed and took care of all our dinner reservations

Alan and Gerson were amazing! They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and handled all our requests with positivity and ease. Room was cleaned everyday which was much appreciated! Every little attention to detail made the experience that much better!

Excellent food. Beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby and throughout the resort. We travelled with our daughter and 13 and 8 year old children. They enjoyed the water slide and cliff jump area. Another favorite activity for the kids was watching the iguanas and geckos and the resort kitty cat.

We had Gerson and Alan help us in Building 14 & they were both amazing! They made our stay so enjoyable and much better than I ever expected! I highly recommend this resort, and if you can manage, have these 2 guys to help you - they will make the difference in your stay from fun to truly memorable!!

This was my first trip to Puerto Morelos and my first trip ever out of USA. I was not sure what to expect on our shuttle to the resort but from the moment we arrived I was very impressed! All the staff from check in to check out were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Gerson and Alan were our main contacts. They took care of us with shuttle rides throughout the large property, dinner reservations and answered any and all questions. Our suite was cleaned daily, drinks restocked as needed always had plenty of fresh towels. The swimming pools were amazing and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would love to come back because the resort was beautiful, the ocean was right outside my balcony and Gerson and Alan were the best at taking care of their guests.
