Please note the following maintenance work schedule for the aquatic facilities located at Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo and Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites.
Water slides: Maintenance work will be carried out between August 26 and October 6th.
The other aquatic facilities such as the pirate ship, wave pool, lazy river and main pool will be operating as usual.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
The Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites resort is located on a beautiful white sandy beach in Playa Paraíso, between Cancun and Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya section of Mexico. This all-suites hotel is surrounded by gardens and Mayan architecture. The lobby bar is a replica of Chichen-Itza pyramid!
Exchange Privileges: Guests may access the services and facilities of the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo, Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach, Iberostar Waves Paraiso Del Mar, Iberostar Waves Tucan, Iberostar Waves Quetzal and Iberostar Waves Cozumel (transportation not included - without charge (09:00 to 18:00 hrs*)
Other fees include
- A Government of Quintana Roo environmental tax ranging from $1-7 USD* per person per night is to be paid locally to the hotel. *Subject to change.

Terrible experience all around. Nothing promised was given. Them tried to charge us for things we didn’t have or do. We were celebrating with friends and an anniversary. We didn’t receive any flowers, dinner or even a small gesture but was told we would

The food and drink were good, the service was excellent and welcoming. Irving was an amazing and friendly waiter at the el rancho restaurant. He would always check on us and make sure we had ours drink filled and our food was fresh and delicious. I would love to have him as a waiter again.
