Let me begin saying that we have been apart of this timeshare since the 90’s. Coming back to the new “renovation” is simply horrible! If you are American they treat you horribly, a clear difference in trea...tment from Spanish speaking guests.
I have been a member for 28 years. It was sold to Melia and renovated.

The new owners don't care about the people that have been coming for 38 years. I had a awful time. Paid for all inclusive and it wasn't worth it. The pool was nice but now the kids are in the same pool. I ...had to change my room 3 times. Still not satisfied. The food wasn't as good as expected. The room wasn't as nice as it should have been. Didn't get what I needed. Just not worth it. It was my 70th birthday and it sucked.
