Very small resort and outdated.

This resort is very small, outdated, the pool area is very small, only two restaurants. Very is not very good. Elevators are small. Stay at the RUI.

This hotel is the best one I have stayed at in Cancun. There is a lot of staff for the size of the hotel, and you can always get assistance whenever needed. Very accommodating staff, victor our Level conci...erge (totally worth it btw) was extremely thoughtful and helpful.
