I travelled here with my husband ans two sons along with a big group of friends and family. This was the first vacation that my son was old enough to partake in the “kid’s club” and I can honestly say it was such a great experience! My son LOVED going, the girls in charge (Giovanna, Idalia, Lety, and Sheila) were all very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that they provided you with a phone as a way of reaching you for any reason (usually in the case that your child needed to be picked up for a particular reason) They would often bring the kids for lunch and dinner which was super convenient considering we wanted to do the restaurants which would have us eating fairly late. My only complaint and this doesnt necessarily fall on the staff because my son is old enough to know better but the times that they went outside, specifically to swim in the pool, my son went without his hat and I ended up having to hunt his hat down more than once because it would be left behind. I also am someone who would expect my son to have his hat on in the pool and this is perhaps not the standard? The resort itself is kept extremely clean, I was impressed by how often I would see the staff cleaning even the walk ways and such. It’s a small quaint resort. One thing I would have preferred to be different is the “first come first serve” style restaurants. I found that we waited a long time for a table every night and it required leaving the pool area early in order to get ready ontime for when the reataurants would open. Although I should note that we were a large group so I cannot attest what the experience would be like as a couple or smaller party in general. I found the pool service truly depended on the server that was in charge of that section. There were a few times we decided to change spots because we found the service to be too slow and/or inexistent. A particular shout out and thank you to Abdidas and Eider for their impeccable service and friendliness, they made our experience by the pool honestly the best! My biggest complaint is the lack of accessibility in and around the resort. There are stairs practically everywhere you go and many places where ramps arent an option. To get in and out of the lobby there is a ramp but it’s all the way at one end and on the other end there is a bar for which there are steps to get in and out (unless going all the way to the other end to use the ramp) I found it very annoying to get my way around with a stroller. Thankfully my husband just would pick up the stroller but there were a few times I had to do it myself and I struggled. Even the lunch grill by the pool area had stairs to get to. I got annoyed a few times as I was walking my son around trying to get him to sleep and feeling like wanting to grab some food on the way but couldn’t because I couldn’t manage carrying the stroller down the stairs while also holding a plate of food. The beach area is narrow and does not have many chairs. As a family we spent only one morning on the beach and I never bothered setting up the baby tent I bought for my 8 month old because the waves came up fairly high and I felt there wasnt a proper space to set it up. Something neat is that there is a dolphin experience not far from the resort (walking distance about 10mins) where you can swim with dolphins as an excursion but even if you choose not to, they have the dolphins do a show before which you can watch from the beach. So definitely worth a little walk to check it out!

We loved the hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My children loved the Kids club, they did not want to leave there at any time, we are very grateful for the attention of Sheila, Idalia and Leti. We would definitely visit this hotel again.
