We had so much fun at this resort!! We had the same pool waiter everyday, Elvis!!! He was absolutely amazing through remembering our whole group, being fun, and matching our energy! Elvis had awesome drink... recommendations and always made sure we had drinks and waters when needed. He always made sure we were happy and taken of! Also the women who works at the nespresso coffee shop was the sweetest ever and always made the best iced vanilla lattes! This hotel was amazing and elvis made it top notch!!!

We came across this venue through a Costco vacation package and were overwhelmed at how amazing it was! Service, food, accommodation were all excellent. Bufet Hadar where we had the opportunity to be ser...ved by Ismael and Pomona was particularly extraordinary!

For our 30th anniversary my husband and I booked 10 nights at Paradisus La Perla in Riviera Maya. We upgraded to the Reserve. This was the most luxurious and relaxing vacation we have ever had. The peo...ple who work at the resort are wonderful. They make you feel very special. Alfonso was our concierge and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was fantastic. From setting our reservations at the restaurants to arranging for treats in our room. He made us feel special. Thank you Alfonso!!! The pathways around the resort are well lit at night and very romantic. We had a junior suite and it was so nice. Large space with plenty of room to stow your luggage out if sight. King size bed was very comfortable and had larger fluffy pillows. Always had plenty of soft think towels. Every day The fridge was stocked with sodas, beer and chocolate milk. There were small snacks - chips , cookies etc. We did not see many Coatis but did see raccoons and cats. The cats are very well behaved. The raccoons… not so much. But they are wild so what do you expect. We spent most of our time at the Reserve pool and the people there are excellent. I cannot wait to return to this resort or to try another of their properties.

Angelo is the guy to go to for the pool. He will set you up nicely. He works hard. He’s very efficient and top notch customer service!! Special mention to Angelo pool concierge. It’s refreshing to see hard... work and outstanding service still alive and well!!

All the staff at the hotel is great! The hotel is beautiful and clean and I recommend. Ernesto, Shaira from Hadar and all the staff has been very accommodating. Kicks is a great place to have a good late n...ight fun for adults. Thank you all for your wonderful service
