Best vacation in Mexico!!

It was wonderful!!! I cannot say enough about El Cid Ventus Marina and Spa.The resort is beautifully maintained and always immaculately clean. The staff from restaurant to cleaning and maintenance were alw...ays pleasant and helpful. The spa services, massage and facial were exquisite. Our concierge Alex was very helpful and funny too! I have to mention our two personal butlers, Ricardo in the mornings and Freddy in the evenings who went above and beyond to meet our every need and always with so much patience and attentiveness. They checked in every morning and every evening, to see what we needed, even getting our laundry into the laundry service and collecting it after it was done. It was our anniversary and we were surprised to get to our room to find rose petals scattered on the floor and bed and baloons and champagne and chocolate coveted strawberries as a gift from them. They made our stay so special and relaxing it made the vacation feel like a vacation and I couldnt imagine if they were not there for us!! . We had stayed in several other resorts in various parts of Mexico but this one was exceptional in service and amenities and food choices and the personal care and attention from Ricardo and Freddy.

The overall stay was great. Room was very neat, clean and comfortable. The food selection and quality was the best I have ever had at any resort. Excursion arrangements were very easy to set up and reasona...ble. We had upgraded to Platinum which included butler service. Both Noah and Luis were responsive and great at making the stay easier to navigate. From setting up reservations to providing the transportation around the facility. The sunrise view from our room was incredible.
