Decent for budget friendly

This is good if you’re looking for a decent budget friendly all inclusive. The rooms were nice, and clean, the resort was beautiful. You can definitely tell it is budget friendly and not a true luxury resort but if it’s your first all inclusive or you are looking for a cheap getaway this place would work. We didn’t have any true issues, just some small things could be improved based on other places we’ve stayed. I didn’t like that the room service menu was limited and had no breakfast options. The buffets were ok, but not great either and I expected more kid-friendly options. The drinks all had the same funny aftertaste. All the pools were freezing cold except for one. But thankfully that meant they were mostly empty. It didn’t seem like much of the staff really wanted to be there or wanted to help us. We called and asked for a golf cart ride across the resort ahead of time and they said okay and then we went down and waited for 40 minutes past when we were supposed to leave and ended up being late for our appt. We would call to have our room service tray picked up when we were done (they will charge you if you leave it outside your room) and they always took over an hour and twice we had to call again because they never even came. Overall, it’s an ok resort and it isn’t terrible by any means, just not what I have come to expect.

Abraham at Ruf was the best! Amazing shots, so kind and fun! Cant wait to visit again! The view is epic, it’s nice to have an adult space away from kids. I wish there was food to order but Abraham kept us well supplied with snacks. Request the guava shot and the coffee shot!
