Stay here, but don’t order room service
DebraT587 (Tacoma, Washington) on May 14, 2025
I recently stayed at this property and, overall, had a positive experience. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and effici...ent. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt welcoming and safe. However, I do need to express my disappointment with the meal I ordered through room service. If it can even be called that, the quality was far below what I would expect from a property of this standard. The food arrived lukewarm, lacked flavor, and seemed hastily prepared. It felt more like a reheated convenience meal than a freshly made dish. Given the otherwise high standards throughout the rest of the hotel, this was a surprising letdown. Room service is often a comfort and convenience when staying away from home, especially after a long day of travel, so it was unfortunate that this part of the experience was such a miss. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to their dining options. With some attention to this area, the overall guest experience could be truly excellent.
Mediocre billed as a resort.

The room was not clean. The bath mat filled with black hairs and my hair is blond . The check-in process was rude and hurried . There was no bellman. After paying for self parking they put a sign out on ...Sat night saying Valet Only. Finding parking was like finding a spot in midtown Manhattan. The price was not accurate since they charges $50 a night for resort fee and $50 a night for parking and almost $50 for taxes . It was hardly a resort , just bigger and with a pool . No one cleaned the pool area . Tables and floors filled with other people's garbage and left over drinks . It was an average hotel . Hardly worth the price. The food was mediocre and zero healthy choices .
