I came here for some R&R and a belated bday getaway. CJ at the front desk made my experience memorable. Once I checked into my room I was also greeted by a bday amenity! CJ started my bday experience off t...o an amazing start! Words can’t explain how that made me feel other than super grateful! Everyone there was super friendly and the resort and room were perfect for what I went for. The room was renovated with a view of the Marina. Very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back. Thank you again CJ

We had a mixup for our next reservation at another resort & needed to continue our stay at the Sheraton. Lily , at the front desk, arranged for us to stay another 4 extra days.
