Location and Price Were Hard to Pass Up!

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. We took the BART from the airport and walked two blocks to the hotel. You can jump on the cable car half a block away. Some great restaurants nearby and shopping. I would stay here again.

HORRIBLE HOTEL. Do not give them your business, between their front desk not being able to do anything of the reservations details are wrong (compared to what you booked) and the cleaning staff unable to understand anything at all it is a horrible experience.
