This Hyatt Regency is by far my favorite place in SF to stay! Welcoming, friendly staff! The food was amazing!

The staff was helpful and welcoming! Check in was great! The room was clean and well tended too! The daily breakfast delicious! The restaurant has delicious food and wonderful staff! Love the festive holiday decor especially the snow!!!!

The staff throughout the entire hotel were very helpful, friendly, and kind! The hotel was clean and tidy, my favorite part was how nice the shower head was! This was my first time in San Francisco and the hotel definitely helped make my trip a 10/10 experience!!

A great place to stay. Wonderful staff and rooms. The location of this hotel is perfect for strolling or riding the cable and street cars. The interior lobby and atrium are very comfortable places to relax and meet with friends. We plan on staying here again!

Amazing Location, Impressive Architecture, but the best was the superb staff, it is always the people that make the difference, in this case an unbelievably attentive housekeeping troop! They were making sure to catch me when I leave my room and it was spotless when I came back. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the morning runs energized me for long business days. Perfect stay.

Good luck with room service. They don't actually offer it the hours their app says. Be prepared to spend $36 for one cocktail. hotel still feels outdated. They have updated only a few rooms . .. . others are still the same dated look. Better options are nearby.
