It would’ve been great if the service for the m...eal was a bit longer, if I had to mention room for improvement on something. I hope he is appropriately rewarded for the service he provides. 5* comebacks ??

Both my wife and myself had a great time it was a lot of fun and we ate very well we really liked the buffet and the specials. The beach was very clean and cozy, the room was comfortable and clean. The e...xcursions we did were very fun the catamaran excursion was excellent I recommend it.

The Butler Service of Shadrach and Teddy made our trip go from good to exceptional! The detailed service and knowledge of these guys are remarkable. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate.... Everything could not have been better!

We were a family of 5 (2 teenagers and a 20 yr old) first time visiting this hotel in St Lucia and overall we had a brilliant holiday we went with TUI. We were not diamond club and to be honest I don't thi...nk it would be worth the extra money, we managed to book all the restaurants we wanted either by the Royalton app or booking with the lady at the desk outside the buffet restaurant, we would eat at 8/8.30pm no problem you would have to request if you wanted an outside table as most bookings would be for inside the restaurant and my only critic would be that the Italian restaurant the portions were rather small esp the pasta dishes. My daughter is vegetarian and always found food options on all the menus even in the steakhouse. We went over the Easter hols so a busy time for the resort, all the staff we met were friendly and helpful, yes they were busy so you probably did wait a little longer for tea/coffee/water in the buffet restaurant and the main bar of an evening could have done with more staff as they were busy always esp if making cocktails for a group so waiting to be served took longer than should have. Overall a great holiday, we chose a lively resort with lots of facilities ie tennis court, pickle ball great gym with fab staff who always engaged with you and water aerobics was fun. The Dips pool was great for being a bit quieter than the main pool but do agree with other reviews that the cushions on the sunbeds do need replacing or cleaning, but we managed to always find sunbeds and majority of people did not reserve them. We stayed in block 4 floor 4 and Alison our cleaner needs an extra special shout out for being super lovely, very hard working but always stopped to chat to us, super friendly, leaving us special notes, animal towel shapes flowers etc the room was always clean and tidied excellently. Block 4 is quieter as not as near the entertainment, has a sea view just can't always see the sunset where block 5 you probably could. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, well maintained the blocks all have sea views and although its a busy hotel it doesn't feel crowded as things are spread out. We didn't mind the entertainment the bands and singers they had on were good and engaged with the crowd to get you up dancing etc. Yes there is a 2 hr drive to the hotel but I think definitely worth the travel St Lucia you did not disappoint! great hols and memories made x
