Disappointing stay

Sorely disappointed. As a returning guest this was quite a surprise to see the service and quality so poor. Room was not ready until 4:30pm which was very dirty upon receipt, barking dogs that staff could not find guests to get to stop after over 2 hours at bedtime and towels that smelled like seafood. Bathtub was cracked and didn't drain properly leaving standing water every time we used it. Upon relaying these issues to staff there was no follow up.

We had a great time at the Sirata ! We have been going here for the past 19 years - beautiful beach and pool area ! GLENN at the front desk is the best - Always friendly and very helpful!!!!He also referred Matthew T for a ride to the airport - nice clean vehicle very welcoming too! Harry’s beach bar has great food and bartenders too Lina and Nate .
