The Blue Horizon is a BC owned independent Boutique hotel located on Robson Street, Vancouver’s eating, shopping and entertainment hub! All guest rooms are large corner rooms with private balconies, many offering spectacular views of the North Shore Mountains, English Bay, Stanley Park and the Burrard Inlet. Our amenities include complimentary WiFi, bath robes, slippers, docking stations, in-room safes, 2 telephones, pay per-view movies and much more. Most of our guest rooms have newly designed large walk-in showers.

Room with a View!

I was looking for a Hotel in "downtown Vancouver" to cover a 4 x night stay whilst my son and I were visiting from England. After reading the reviews, I thought that the Blue Horizon would fit the bill and we weren't disappointed! From check-in to check-out, I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, from the Reception/Front of House team, Concierge, Housekeeping staff and "Abode" Restaurant employees. I booked a room with a view (on the 25th floor) - and am so glad I did - the views were amazing and the room itself and bathroom were spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of space. We ate a very good breakfast every morning in Abode and enjoyed chatting with the waiting staff. The Hotel is ideally situated for visiting Stanley Park, Gastown and Granville Island, with plenty of shops and eateries in between. These locations are about a 45 minute walk - depending on how fast you walk, but buses and cabs are readily available too. I full recommend the Blue Horizon!
Excellent Event at the Blue Horizon

The Blue Horizon is an excellent place to host an event! Gorgeous views of Vancouver and the park from the conference room, big windows with lots of natural light and adjustable layered blinds for all times of the day. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops in minimal walking distance, including the waterfront park and a 24 hour bakery. We hosted an event there and all of our guests were very happy with their rooms, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The sales staff were prompt and great with communications. And the catering and events staff, especially Rohan, were at our beck and call the whole weekend. Whatever we needed, they provided! Everyone really enjoyed the food, especially the Greek lunch and the home made backed treats. As event organizers, we have enough to worry about that having an attentive and friendly event staff makes a huge difference. Thank you very much, Rohan, Shanith, and team!
