We were at thid hotel at the end of november and beginning of december my wife and i were pleased with tiene service. The always smile and are very friendly the may not have the greatest smount of resources but really had a great time....,.....

We just got back from Varadero and we had a wonderful time. Our room looked recently renovated- we had a very comfortable king with lovely pillows, and bedding. Our maid kept it spotless and decorated. The beach was one of the nicest we have seen in our travels - we used the paddle boat, the kayak and had two catamaran rides. We walked on the beach every day- no problem finding a beach chair. The food was good- fresh omelettes - lots of pasta and rice. We didn’t go hungry or lose weight. We enjoyed the free shuttle downtown three times and walked to the Dolphinarium for a great show. The Cubans are very friendly and lovely people. We met people from all over Canada and the world. This is a smaller hotel and we like that- it gives a family feeling. Please remember to be generous with your gifts and tips- they are so appreciative.
