Have the best time in hacienda restaurante in Melia Internacional. Great spanish food. Food was good. People here is very Nice. Actually, is the best part of the hotel, besides the sea itself. Saludos de...sses Brasil. Hasta la victoria siempre. Venceremos.

stayed here march 18-25 @ the Adults Only Level section. left my phone on the transfer bus right off the bat, (too many cristals lol ) the bellboy tracked down the bus and got it back for me within an h...our. cant remember his name, started with a "O" big thanks ! resort is nice and clean, lots a bars & restaurants to choose from. we tried 3 à la cartes. for us we found: - cuban - not very good, some portion of food was over cooked & others cold. and multiple waitresses coming up to you while you try to eat to change Canadian coins. - Mexican - not very good, and service extremely slow. we left after waiting a long time for a 2nd beer. never received all our meal ! - Italian - sat outside, after we were forgot about for 20 min. had to get a drink on our own at the daiquiri bar close by. the food end up being great, but portions small. and a lady showed up asking me to give her a 5 star review on google as we got ready to leave. very odd after bad service. food is fantastic @ Mosaico (adult level). should have just ate all main meals here. hats off to the chef here. this restaurant alone is worth the stay on adults level only side. - for snacks we found the best service at the Lia , even better than the level snack bar. (food was similar at both snack bars ) - room service for level guests was great, they were fast the level lounge Capri Lounge, i was surprised by the lack of service. nobody would ever come and ask if you wanted a drink. or, even after you got your own drink/coffee and tipped well. they would not come and ask if you needed another. the younger crowd working here spend way to much time on their phones ! talking to return customers, and they were surprised as well by the lack of service. the level adults beach bar, all the guys there were great. did a fantastic job. shout out to "Red" beach was great, there's somebody there will get your chairs & umbrella in no time, and the guys from the bar come around and check if you need a drink/water. tip for smokers, the prices on the resort seem to fluctuate Dailey. 1st day there was menthols for $5 US, then rest of days only the white/red pack rothmans for $5 US. you can by a carton of these in the airport before you get on the bus, or in town for $12.50. ($1.25 vs $5 a pack)

Amazing food, entertainment, staff is always happy, so much fun for everyone. Amazing beach and resort is very clean... feel like home :) We will return ! Personal favorite red bar, daiquiri bar and space ...bar are a must. Perfect vacation, Melia Internacional.

All the staff is super friendly, so easy to talk too and we definitely made friends here?? Loved chatting about life in Cuba and their stories. Super happy, clean, great food, beach is amazing, love walkin...g in town and jeep safari where you see the TRUE cuban way. Best bartenders at Daiquiris & the red bar

Third time coming to Melia International, and we ABSOLUTELY love it! Can’t recommend it enough. The resort is beautiful, the beach is breathtaking & the staff are AMAZING!! We usually end our nights at th...e RED BAR ~ the staff there especially, are the absolute best. Josue, Jessica & Surmaillis thank you for always taking such good care of us and your outstanding service every-time!!!! We will see you all soon again!!!
