Super nice resort! A lot has already been written about the resort and the rooms, so I would just like to write about individual points. Food: The buffet is very good. The finished dishes are of very good ...quality and it’s always plentiful. There are many stations serving pasta, pizza, fish and meat are freshly prepared. There were waitresses everywhere to serve you desserts or salads, etc. In our opinion, the three a la carte restaurants were extremely good, especially by Cuban standards. We liked the Cuban and Italian ones the best. The separate breakfast and lunch area for Diamond Club guests was also very nice, as it was always pleasantly quiet there. But we met many people on site who were very happy and friendly. You can also meet a lot of locals on the main street who would be happy about it. All in all a nice hotel with very nice people!

This was another great time in our favourite resorts in Cuba and we have to say it was an amazing vacation in general sarong, surrounded by the beautiful team, and the amazing people who work in this hotel.... It was simply great, and we really love our time by the beach the excellent weather, we had the privilege to enjoy and also we had the chance to be in an ocean view room with the most fascinating view in the hotel. Thank you so much for another great time in Cuba with our family and especially in our second home

With visited memories for the first time to years ago and we came back after six months and the truth this that we are so happy and say with the vacations we just had and this amazing resort. Lovely servi...ce lovely people and beautiful hotel with the details and elements that make it more than a four stars hotel. You was a next excellent experience and gentle and forture we Will return when we have the chance in the future thank you so much for another memerable time in Cuba.

It is always magic the time we spend at Memories Jibacoa. The Words don’t describe the feelings every time we spend there. I can say that the place is by they self brilliant, it is a 4 stars resort but bei...ng honest the place deserve more than 10. The combination of the mountains and the ocean make this resort one of the few in the Island. Feel the breeze at the beach and enjoy of this paradise is one of the best experiences of my life. Now is moment to talk about the personal at the resort. If the resort deserve 10 stars I can say that the workers deserve all the stars of the galaxy. I guess there is not enough stars. Since the security until the room keepers, the entertainments with the great activities and always bringing happiness to all the people around, the services are brilliant too, Kiki with his endless smile and good vibes. All the team in general, make you feel at home and spoiled. Just to finish I would like to add my recommendation, if you never were there is time to take the opportunity to have the best experience ever. Is like home away home. Even better, because you can scape of the stress of the day by day. Thanks Memories and thanks to the staff. As always I will be back.
